Michael Richards' problem is Michael Richards'.
The Jewish Community has nothing to fix. If Michael Richards followed Jewish traditions, there would be no problems.

This is another example of how the media hype can just give us all one giant headache. Does anyone know that although it was probably uncalled for, he was just retaliating against two black hecklers in the audience. OMG go to any live stand up show like Eddie Murphy, Robin Williams, my raunchy fave George Carlin...or countless others and I'm sure you'd hear much worse. But lets keep talking about Micheal Richards until we are all bleeding from the ears...and WHY is the Jewish Community to be held responsible for his actions?? Hopefully Brad and Angie will adopt another baby so we can hear about some different useless celebrity news and be done with this one!

Speaking as a black person, let me just say, who gives a toss! So some loud mouthed comedian confirms to the world that he's a stupid bigot. Why is this supposed to be important to black people?
And he is hardly a representative of the Jewish community, so what does his outburst have to do with the Jewish community?
I read today that he's had other similar outbursts attacking women (calling them all manner of slurs) and, oddly enough, Jews. So this anti-black tirade wasn't the first time he's responded with expletives to someone he thought was heckling him.
He's a loser. End of story. Move on.
