Hi, Everyone!

How would you write an interview report based on what you have learned from? How would you begin writing and what would be the right words to use? To give you an example, let's say that I was the interviewer of a Real Estate Company interviewing an interviewee for the position of a receptionist. If this person got the job, what would I say in the report? Anyone who might have some ideas of how to begin, i would be very delighted and help you earn extra points for yourself.

Thankyou

Use a chronological format. For example, start with something like:

"At 9:10AM, I met with Kelly Smith to discuss her employment. We discussed her resume, focusing on her experience in computer software sales. I asked Kelly what her status was regarding her real estate license and she replied that she had signed up for a licensing course but has not yet attended or taken the test.

We then discussed what Kelly knows about real estate sales and what her goals were. She seemed to think that houses sell themselves with an ad or two in the paper, and didn't realize the paperwork and phone calls that a realtor does every day to finalize a sale.

I then showed her around the office and introduced her to the others on the sales staff."

Write it up something like that, working chronologically from when you first met the person. Skip the chit chat and focus on those topics that are important for the job.

Were you seeking a job where a security classification is needed? If so, those are pretty standard questions. I would say the legality of those questions would be determined by what you were interviewing for in the first place.
