Are you saying that you only have a bowel movement once a monht?! I had a hard time understanding your question. If so, that is not normal and you shoudl talk to your doctor. You should be having a bowel movement every day or at least several times a week.
If you are saying that you are constipated during your period, then yes that is very normal and common.
