I especially love the name Aarika...very unique, I haven't heard that before! Both names are beautiful and not overused...Kudos!

Purposely misspelled names go down poorly. Stick with Erica Lee or Leigh as another poster suggested. Aarika Lea sounds like a town in Minnesota.

People won't know how to pronounce Aarika and Lea properly when they see them spelled, so your kids will be forever correcting them, and even relatives will not spell their names right. How about Erica, Lee and Alison Emily. These are nice names the way they are.
Ooh Erica Rose that's really pretty!

Allison Emily is sweet.
Aarika Lea sounds nice, but is very unappealing visually. Erica/Erika and Lee/Leigh would give you the same pretty name without condeming your daughter to a lifetime of correcting people's pronunciation and spelling. The fact that you have to explain how to pronounce it in your post is a heads up that your daughter will be doing the same every single day.

Aarika? Why spell it so strange? It is a pretty name but you are forever going to have to correct people on it and others will have such a hard time pronouncing it or spelling it. Too much trouble years down the road. Also, Lea will just get pronounced like (Lee-yah) because that is what it looks like.

I think Allison Leigh is prettier, more feminine and graceful.
With the spelling Lea, it's confusing whether to say it "lee" or "lee-uh"
Aarika is confusing. People usually spell it like Erica.
If you want something different and not too common, try Ariel or Ariana instead of Aarika.
For Emily, I think of the borden milk cow named emily.

I LOVE how you spelled the name Aarika!!! And I'll have to admit I also LOVE Allison Emily, because if my man and I finally conceive and it's a girl, her first name would be Emily and her last name would be Allison!

Very nice names & combinations, but be prepared for a life time of trouble with other people's spellings of Aarika. You might want to consider or more the more common spelling (Erica), but whatever you do, go with your heart.

I like Allison Emily
However Aarika Lea is awful. If you need a pronounciation guide its not a good think to name your kid that. They'll be spending their whole life correcting people
