if you throw lefty, the only 3 positions you could play are first base, outfield, and pitcher. if you're any other position, it's really hard to play. also, being left handed does not make you any good at baseball. you gotta work at it. you're not just born good.

Being Left-Handed is a plus if you can throw 90-100 mph there aren't that many leftys that have that velosity and the ball is tougher to see out of a leftys hand. I was a left handed pitcher and loved it when you seen those guys coming up to the plate all ready knowing they were out,you could read it in their face and it was a lot of fun playing cat and mouse with them.Suckers!!!!

No, left handed people are not born good at baseball. They have to practice just like everyone else.

Most pitchers are right handed and left handed hitters have an advantage over right handed batters against right handers. Same thing the other way. Thats why people try to become switch hitters.

No. This is stupid. Lefty's are no better than righty's. If it was true, all of MLB would be lefty's. Baseball is a sport where TRUE talent is necesary. Precision, strength, speed, all of that is needed in baseball. It isn't like football where you just hit people as hard as you can. (I got nothing against football, I think it is just as entertaining, just think that Baseball is a much harder sport)
