Where can I purchase CINEMATIC explosives?

I need cinematic explosives like the kinds they use in Black Hawk Down or Saving Private Ryan because I'm making my own movie and I need the best effects I can possibly acquire that are easy to work with. Also if I can get that stuff that makes the smaller explosions to make it seem like bullets hitting against walls, the ground, obstacles. etc. That stuff that kicks up dirt making it seem like bullets are hitting against it.

those are called squibs, and you will need a license, or a licensed pyrotechnician or explosives expert to use them.

I suggest shooting airsoft bullets are the surface and maybe do a bit of video editing.
