I love that movie.
It is the best Christmas movie ever IMO and Peter Billingsley and Darren McGavin as the old man were just great.
There were so many great scenes in the movie and the looks on Ralphie's face where priceless when he had screwed up or done something wrong.
It's one one those movies you never get tired of watching.

I must be the only person in the English speaking world never to watch this movie in it's entirety...Just bits and pieces, here and there...

it was made in 1983, but didn't get really popular until early nineties
