Im about to make a smoke bomb out of sugar and potassium nitrate
is theis legal?

I don't think making one is illegal but what you do with it may get you into some trouble so be sure to use your head before you do something you may regret.

Yes, a smoke bomb is legal. The reason for this is it really isn't a bomb it is just a material like most that can combust. If you are planning to make one can you tell me where you got the potassium nitrate for this, as I would like to make some myslef. (I live in Ontario)

I dont think it is illegal, as long as you dont use it as a weapon that hurts or is intended to hurt someone.but to make sure, dont use it in public, it's better to use it in your backyard.
