Most have a light sensor on top so they are on at dark and off at dawn (like a street light). Nearly all will have a seperate charge on your electric bill. The charge is usually around 12-15 dollars a month. If this is the case you will need to notify the power co. to activate it. They are usually prompt, it's free (with Ga. Power, REA, orEMC) and if that isn't the problem...they will let you know what to do. ALL FOR FREE...who does that anymore?

Not in it, but some place else - a wall switch, breaker or something. I would check th bulb to be sure it isn't blown.

Additional details. then the electonic 'eye' is messed up and you need a new eye, or new fixture.

In our area they are controlled by the power company. You have to call them and they will turn on and charge you a monthly charge, usually 6 to 7 dollars a month

FIND THE SWITCH, MAYBE IN THE BREAKER BOX, AND USE A LIGHT/DARK TIMER

GOD BLESS
