Columbia's water?

How much fresh water do they have and do u know how they feel bout sharin it?Their point of veiw by da way not urs.

Please specify which "Columbia" you refer to:

1) The Columbia River, in the northwestern US... Portland, Oregon gets its water here and sometimes fights with the farmers in eastern Oregon, who take some waters upstream for irrigation.

2) Columbia, South Carolina (which by the way, gets its water from the Congaree and Savannah Rivers, and since rainfall is so plentiful in the area, there is rarely fighting over the water with its upstream neighbors in Spartanburg, SC and Asheville, NC).

3) The nation of Colombia, located in South America. I have no idea how their water situation is. You probably should boil it before consuming, though, I have no idea if their sanitation standards are as high.
