it is of course a violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice and there are things you can do contact fleet and family services, his command's chaplain, or you can contact his Chief, and if you want to his Commanding officer, but if its not you... you should make sure your friend is sure she of what she wants to do b/c somethings can't be taken back once done. not that her getting beaten is to be taken lightly, but if your friend wants to try to mend her relationship she may not want to say contact the commanding officer, she then want to start with either the chaplian or fleet and family. i know there are a whole lot of things you can do, i don't recall w/o doing more research. my best bet would be the chaplian or fleet and family. anything in the range of options she has as a military spouse can be reached throu them

definitely call military police and the civilian police. He can get in trouble with mp's and then when he's done dealing with that, he can deal with civillian police. Talk to his commanders and there should also be a UVA (Unit Victim's Advocate), who is supposed to deal with military but if it's someone's husband, they are a dependent and if the UVA can't help you, they can point you in the right direction. As far as bisexuality, you'd have to get some evidence probably. Just saying someone is bisexual isn't going to do much.

He can get into trouble for all of that. Report him to the military police and his superiors and let them deal with it. To my understanding the military does not tolerate this.

if he is cheating on his wife with a man or women he can get in alot of trouble. you can talk to the chapman of his unit and he will take care of taking it further up..or anyone on his chain of command. the military does not take domestic violence or a husband not taking care of his wife...i know i have a friend in the situation. he can do jail time through the military. i would say go through military police over civilian police
