As to the temple question--Jews, Muslims, and Christians all consider some of the sites Israel controls 'holy land.' That's why Israel took it to begin with. No. Because we will still be the great Satan. The whole Israel thing is just a ploy to fire up all the muslims against us. Hypothetically, if the arabs annihilate Israel like they say tehy want to, the U.S. will simply be the next stop.
We will still be kuffar, infidels, non-muslims, which the muslims (and tehy have stated this numerous times) do not like. Convert, live in subjegation, or die. Those will be the choices. I do not like any of those, thanks.
And hey, why don't you just move to another country and gain their citizenship? Then no one will hate you. You will be liked again. Yeah!

No, its just a convenient excuse to hate us for our wonderful way of life, our freedoms, our democratic society, etc. I think the rest of the world is jealous of us for all the things we have and stand for.
As far as the Jews up and moving, according to the Bible, the land that they are sitting on was given to them by God. They feel, rightfully so, that this land is theirs and no one has the right to take it from them. The issue of Israel and the Jews and the Muslims goes back thousands of years.

Israel has nothing to do with why those people hate us, their expression of hatred is because our Nation is a successful Democracy and they do not want that. Anyone who caves into their demands will only invite more demands, the same as it is with the kidnappings they are so fond of.
