Your breasts only start to produce milk, if you are pregnant.
If you're not pregnant, then pull all you want - might get sore tho

Usually, only women who have given birth can lactate. However, there are occasional reports of women, and even men who lactate without giving birth. Doctors who discover these cases regularly check for tumors, and other health problems, but usually cannot find any cause, or health problem involved.

If you really want to lactate, pulling on your nipples will not work. You must apply suction. Babies attempting to suck your nipples would probably work best, but unless you've adopted, or if you babysit, you probably won't have any, and most parents might get weirded out by letting their kids suck on the nipples of a woman who has not had children. You can often find devices called "Breast pumps" for sale online, and these are intended for just the purpose you desire. You might also be able to suck on them yourself, or have a partner suck on them, but some partners might get weirded out.

YES! You will lactate hard apple cider or eggnog depending on your blood type!

Come on now, obviously you wont lactate, as many others have described already. And if you do somehow lactate without being pregnant or recently so, than I recommend visiting the doctor.

Not usually, unless you're pregnant. You MIGHT release a fluid, but it will not be milk, it will be a clear liquid. But usually you won't even produce that. You'll just have sore nipples.
