You either make giblet gravy or use it in dressing or toss it...I remember seeing a video where this lady was making her first Thanksgiving dinner and thought that it was the stuffing and cooked it inside! LOL It was so funny!

The giblets. You can boil it for stock and chop up the pieces for the stuffing...obviously, not the neck, but the liver, gizzard and heart.

Boil it up and feed it to your dog or cats if you have any. My mom also boils it up and grinds it up and puts it into the dressing, it tastes wonderful.

Well, a few years ago (when I was just a schoolboy), I would throw it in my neighbor's yard. Now I just throw them in the basket.

Boil it in water and make gravy. Then the dogs get their treat when its done.

oh ew, my dad eats that stuff. He cooks it in a pot on the stove and will eat some of it. It is so odd.

Boil it to make broth for gravy :-))

Then I strain that stuff out and throw it away :-))
