My boyfriend gave me the ablounge as a gift because it seems like it works. I just wanted to know if yall have used it and if it has worked for yall? also do you know how many hrs a day you have to work out in it and when is the soonest you can see results. You see i got 20lbs to lose quick by 2 wks is that possible? Thanks for yall help in advance and please dont answer if you going to say something mean or stupid

To be honest with you, I wouldn't try to lose more than a pound or two a week. Anything higher than that would be unhealthy, and to lose 20 pounds in two weeks would not be a good idea. Another thing I should mention is that the ablounge usage, as well as all forms of sit-ups or crunches, is not so much for losing inches as much as it is for firmer abdominal muscles. For weight loss, a daily brisk walk would actually be better. Now, you can definitely work your way to a healthier you by combining the two together- which I am sure both you and your man will enjoy!

I dont' think you can lose 20 lbs in 2 weeks...that would be unhealthy. I think you should lose about 1-2 lbs a week and it will most likely stay off. Don't rush. It's didn't take 2 weeks to gain all the weight...it won't take that long to come off. Be patient and good luck!

losing 20 lbs in 2 weeks is not healthy.
An hour of strong exercise a day, at least 3 times a week is good. Don't push too much.

um........you are supposed to do 20 min everyday
and a little tip
80% of losing weight is your diet
exercise is only 20%
and DONT starve yourself just eat chicken breast everyday

meal plan
breakfast: you eat like a king (oatmeal)
lunch: eat like a prince (veggies and chicken breast)
dinner: you eat like a pauper (chicken breast)
