It seems, trust is something I've lost in people. Though I know not everyone is lieing to me, I still don't trust a thing anyone says to me. I don't want that to become a problem again.

You trust people if you want to but most people doesn't deserve to be trusted,so if I were you I wouldn't trust no body...but myself

Trust until you're given a reason not to......then you don't have to learn to trust again.....and when I say trust...always keep your guard up when you're trusting someone
