To Kill a Mockingbird, starring Gregory Peck. Get the black and white version. I would suggest one read the book first; the movie follows the book pretty close, sometimes almost word for word. Don't wait until you are over 50 to see this classic like I did....a truly real movie that has a timeless story.

I like the classics...I'm a huge Clark Gable fan (I'm under 40)...My favorite movie by him is called "It Happened One Night" with Claudette Colbert. It was filmed in the '30's, in black and white, and won 7 Academy Awards.

Ok this is corny, but my favorite movie of all time is Fiddler on the Roof-- maybe because I love musicals and I'm Jewish:) seriously, though, it's a good movie!

Everyone will probably think I'm sad, but for me it has to be "Life is Sweet", by Mike Leigh. It's a bit of a go no-where film, but I just love it.
