A.) He doesn't sing, he raps, and B.) No, he's releasing a new compilation album entitled "The Re-Up" this December. And after that, he's also been rumored to be working on a follow-up album to his 1996 independent release, "Infinite," entitled, "Infinite 2;" however that is still unconfirmed. If in fact he does release it, it should be sometime in late-2007, and it will undoubtedly be his farewell album.
All the talk about his retirement lately has actually been the result of him putting the "Slim Shady" persona to bed in his last studio album, "Encore." It's just the end of an era of his career, not the end of his career, itself. Just as "The Slim Shady LP" brought Slim Shady to life, "Encore" brought him to death. And before all that, "Infinite" showed the real Eminem, unadulterated by the "Slim Shady" alter ego. In 2007, hopefully, he'll mark the conclusion to that saga with "Infinite 2."

Yes. Not forever (he said he might do some later), but, that's what the Curtain Call and all those titles were for: to show he was quitting. (definitely for the time being)

No, it was just a rumour but he cleared it quickly that he was taking a break and was just slowing things down so he could spend time with his family and producing.

He never ever did sing. He rapped. Theres a MAJOR MAJOR difference.
