Hero: Spider-Man my life looks way to much like Peter Parker's before the spider. And I'd like to believe that I could handle having power granted to me half as well as he did. Besides, his powers are just cool
Villain: this is actually tougher. However, I'd have to go with Lex Luthor. Not the cheesy, silly comic relief guy from the movies. (I'm self proclaimed as the worlds greatest criminal mastermind, but all my plans are not only absurdly over complicated and unlikely to work, but I insure they will fail by hiring only the most utterly inept henchpersons I can find) but the modern comic version. He is superbly dangerous only because of his mind. And he fights the most powerful hero around, and yet stays one step ahead of him almost all the time. He is pure ego and intellect, convinced that everyone else is either just like him or a mere drone to be exploited.
Dr. Doom is a really close second, but honestly, fighting the FF just doesn't stack up against taking on Superman.

I say screw marvel, my famous hero is billy batson/captain marvel/shazam and my famous villian is the joker. i like shazam reason he's a universal youngster yet turns into the main solid mortal interior the universe and that i like the joker because of the fact he's the main deadly non-large powered villian interior the history of comics. of course i'm a DC fan.

Hero would be Batman, because he didn't need super powers, he had brains!(and cool toys)
Villian.....well, that would be Queen Beryl from the Sailor Moon manga phenom....she was kinda hot ;)
