If it's cold outside.. make a theme that would bring summer. I say.. a Hawaiian theme (for example) Search online and see if there are any other birthday party ideas for you. I'm sure something will come up.

my daughter is turning 13 on the 1st. we are having a house party for her with about 40 kids, both girls and boys. we are serving nachos, tacos and burritos. last year we did this on new years for her and it was a big success. as long as all your friends are there and you have a good time, you will remember it always. one idea is to give everyone a disposable camera and let them take pics. you will be surprised at how many different perspectives you will get from each girl. have a scrapbook available for them to sign as they come in and leave.....let them write something memorable for your party and for you.

Have a dance party at your house, and finish off by going to laser tag, or cosmic bowling. I remember for my 17th birthday, I hosted a formal dinner party at my house, it was so elegant and everyone loved it. Only requirement: a big dining room!

If it snowed, you could have a party where you all just went out and played in the snow. You could sled or have snowball fights too.
