No. How old are you? You need to have an egg from a woman and sperm from a man. You cant get pregnant unless you have both of them in your womb at the same time. You can catch a VD (venereal disease) from messing around with another woman.

It takes a sperm and an ovum to result in a pregnancy..women only produce ovum so therefore the answer is a resounding no.

No. It takes semen to get pregnant.
Unless "she" is a hermaphrodite (a person born with both ovarian and testicular tissues and internal reproductive organs)

no, you need sperm and women don't have sperm they have eggs... but the woman can go to a fertile clinic or a sperm donation clinic and get some guys sperm into them and they can have a baby that way and have their partner and them to raise them as that way.

Well yes...as long as you have a male sperm donor (thats the most important thing), a syringe or a good spitting speed...
No male donor, no sperm, no pregnancy.
