I assume you are speaking of our fav little dog from Wizard of Oz? I hate to be the bearer of sad news, but she died in 1942. You can read all about it here:

If you are talking about the Toto from the Wizard of Oz I just read the real name of that dog is Terry and she passed in 1943. :(
