Try for a balanced diet, fruit veggies, meats, dairy, good carbs like whole grains. Your body needs more of all nutrients to pass on to the baby. Just eat smart and you'll be fine.

hi im 7 months pregnant right now and this is my 2nd pregnancy. Food is food, just eat in moderation and as you normally would. Crackers are great for morning sickness.

to get rid of morning sickness earlier on with this pregnancy i would eat green olives then drink the juice from the jar mmmmmmmmmmmmmm. still do it all the time it is my craving now...

fruits and veggies. Be sure to take prenatal vitamins to get folic acid. I craved spicy with my son (hot wings and nachos) and sweets with my daughter (cookies, chocolate). There will always be cravings!

its whatever you have taste for. It depends on you really. I know I can't eat soup anymore and I used to crave red meat.

I am 2months yesterday was terrible I was craving Mcdonalds all day and tried not to give into it... but of cource I did, I felt awsome after!!

well you can eat peanuts crakers with peanut butter dry cereal carrots low sodium chips and all kinds of other stuff just as long as you eat in moderation but you should talk to your doctor
