ofcourse its not. you will have to wait a very long time, go through many steps, and you will probably pay more to the steps than what the zune is worth.

Yes it is, but you have to sign your life away to get it and they will bug you for months after. I have seen several people get one but it is the bottom line of the ipod, and you still wind up paying for other stuff. Good Luck
