Contact the newspaper via the Web site and see how far back their archives go. If not online for a small fee you can contact the newspaper and they will make you a copy of the page from Microfilm for a small fee.
You also can go to a library in that city and look at the microfilm.

Try your local library, if you know what paper it was in contact them, most newspapers have an electronic archive and everything is kept digitally.
