Well today I was explaining to the 13yr old girl I am mentoring about her firs period and she strarted asking so many questions about sex. Is better to give her books and stuff or actually explain? How do I explain? Im only 17 for crying out loud I mean damn helping out the community is hard but I guess its worth it.

I think you ought to let her parents explain the sex stuff to her. Nowadays, it s easy for people get the wrong idea, if you could contact her parents and let them know, they should be able to handle it. Good Luck!

tell her the truth if sex comes up talk about safe sex and STD'S dont lie to her be honest if you are not sure of the answer go talk to a female counsler at school

please refer her to talk to her mom about it, it makes the situation less uncomfortable and will be sure she gets the correct information her parents want her to know. if not you could get in trouble with the parents......
