I would love to live that long
there are thousands of subjects I would like to study if I had time. Politics, history, science and the Bible are probably the top 4.

Personally if I lived on Earth for 700 years, I might get bored. Although it would be fascinating to see what the world would look like for the next 700 years. I would probably want to study all the new science that they discover, for my guess is that in 700 years technology will have come along way. I would also want to study music. With that long to live you could learn so many instruments and melodies. If I lived for 700 years I would travel far and wide, all over the world.
