which comes first metal gear solid 3 snake eater or metal gear solid 3 subsistence. I have mgs 1 and 2 i want to the thid one but i don't know which comes first.

It's the same game except subsistence is an expansion. Snake eater is the original. I have all the metal gears as well but if you really want to enjoy your MGS3 experience you should get subsistence since the camera angle makes it just that much better. ;)

Snake Eater is the actual game, subsistence is sort of an expansion pack of sorts.

snake eater comes first, subsistence is the same game only it has a new camera angle that helps play the game better and it has online gaming capability
besides that its the same game, but snake eater came first
