I have lived in Britain 26 years and have never seen (or even heard of) someone undoing their belt after eating (except Homer Simpson in one episode... I don't think he counts as he is fctional and not British).

Queen Elizabeth is over 80 years old and very dignified. She does not walk on top of buildings. Indeed she spends most of her time acting as a diplomat and ambassador.
