I think Gibson, because he doesn't see anything wrong with what he says or how he behaves. I suspect that the only reason he made any sort of apology was because his publicist told him to, not out of any sense of remorse. I also supsect that if the same situation arose again, he'd behave in exactly the same manner.

I don't know if Mel Gibson is racist...He was drunk when he made his statements and there's no audio or video of his comments all we have is the word of a policeman (And we all know how honest they can be) Michael Richards on the other is the victim of a double standard! The fact that rappers say the "N" word (No I don't use it!!) all the time!! And you hear all these little hip hop clowns refer to themselves as it again every other word...I have no problem with the fact that he snapped and called them something they probably refered to themselves as all day long anyway....It was the comment that precipitated it
"If it was 50 years ago you'd be hanging upside down with a fork in your a*s" That blew my mind...
Something like that just doesn't roll off your tongue unless you've thought about it before..That was unbelievably offensive and crossed every line there was to cross in my mind!! The dudes career has been dead for years. So I can't even say he buried himself with that comment...But he sure let people know where his mind lies..He's racist no if's ands or buts about it.

I do not believe Gibson is a racist. His movie has a historical concept. I don't know if Kramer is a racist; I didn't hear what he actually said.

I think they are equally racist. I was shocked about the Kramer guy. Anyone would have to be racist to use the words that they used. Drunk or not, period.

I'd go with Kramer because Gibson was in a drunken stupor when he made all those anti-Semite remarks. You tend to say stupid things when you're drunk, and you tend to act stupid when you're drunk. Kramer, on the other hand, was clearly not drunk when he said what he said. He should know better.

enable's not excuse his undesirable habit. What he did substitute into incorrect. If he apologizes, i'm going to admire him for it. He particularly could make an apology. regardless of what the hecklers pronounced to impression him, the actor/comedian would not have replied as he did.

Both seem to have anger issues....and hopefully will deal with their own issues.
I refuse to believe anything.....other than forgiving them and hope they learn from their mistakes.....and they need to deal with anger.........hey anyone can push your buttons.....especially if alcohol is involved!
