how about "i see the moon and the moon sees me. God bless the moon and God bless me."
or "Jack Sprat could eat no fat, his wife could eat no lean; and so between them both you see, they licked the platter clean."
i think "Jack be nimble, Jack be quick, Jack jump over the candle stick" is a concise, short one.
