I am currently taking an access course to Higher Education with web design as the subject, but I want to apply for a Nursing Degree in University. Do you think I can be admitted? or should I go for Multimedia? But I really like Nursing. Please, some advice.. Thank you.

Nurses are made by God / Allah. If God didn't make you a nurse, then you shouldn't be a nurse.
If God made you to be a nurse, then you need to find out what kind of nurse -- nursing home, emergency room, surgery, etc. All are very different from one another.
I'd go to a hospital and ask the head of the nursing staff to do an internship, where you'd get to do some of the work of a nurse, but without pay. You'll know in a couple of days whether you belong there -- the other nurses will let you know!

If you are taking Access to IT then you may have trouble getting into nursing, but if it is a general access course there is no reason for you not to apply.
You sound like your heart is set on nursing. Think on this, if you work as a nurse you can still do web design / multimedia part time as a hobby. You cannot do nursing as a hobby.

Go into nursing. It's a sure, well paying job. Emotionally tough, however, but if you get used to the surroundings and the daily chaos, nursing is a professiona always in demand. You could always have a job. As far as web design, you could take courses on how to use Adobe Macromedia, the professional web design software, yet for web design you should have a degree in computer science, since you also going to have to know php, MySql database, and lots of other softwares. Well nursing you simply have to take biology courses, which is tough in itself but a lot more focused than web design.

I am not sure what country you are in but my answer is for someone living in the U.S.
You need to contact a college or university near you and find out what the admission requirements are for their nursing program. There will be a high school GPA requirement, a test score requirement, and the requirement of certain high school courses such as chemistry and biology. These criteria vary from college to college.
Also, there are three kinds of undergraduate nursing programs - associate, bachelor's and a transfer program for students who have already completed the associate degree and their R.N. and who want to go on and finish a bachelor's degree.
Good luck!
