if it is rated PG-13 on the DVD would it be rated PG on Tv ? I`m watching it tonight on FOX @8:00 , so I would like to know if a 12 year old should watch it !

Pg 13 . It isn't that bad if I remember I think 12 year old kids see worst and hear worst at School

It will probably be TV-14, or TV-PG with a V for some violence. There really isn't anything too bad for a 12 year-old. Some violence, but nothing gory. There really isn't any bad language, drugs, or sex. He should be fine to watch it.

TV12 is the rating I bet
I see why not, spiderman is good and clean and teaches a good lesson
