IE& greatly improves your computers use of the internet by a huge leep. it should load pages faster but for some resone yours is not. what i would try and do is clear out your cookies or your cetch as you may call it. even try repairing your reg. also you might want to download some thing called TuneUp Utilities 2006. its a great program and made my computer alot faster with my browser and i have IE7 so try this.
hope this asnwers yours question

I agree with many of the replies. I downloaded it onto both of my computers and had nothing but trouble I could not find it on ADD/REMOVE so I used system restore. I again tried IE7 at a later date but still found it to be more trouble than it was worth so again returned to IE6 It may not be so up to date but it works much better and a lot less trouble

I installed IE7 a few months ago and had loads of problems with it so I went back to 6 - much better. About as useful as a paper condom if you ask me..

I personally prefer windows 7 because it's more stable and supports higher spec hardware some of which cannot be run with XP... I never had XP boot in less than 15 seconds like my windows 7 machines. I can run all the latest software and games without having to worry if it's compatible with XP.

I find that many websites still have many bugs to work out when it comes to ie7. I prefer Firefox over IE anyday

It is slower but its a lot safer its checks every web site so you end up with less bugs you can also hold up to 20 web sites at a time in the tab section now that is quick

I have Yahoo Beta email and it was not working in too well with I.E. so I defected to Mozilla Firefox. It has tabbed browsing and a few other features and it cost me nothing so I am happy to endorse it.Firefox works better for me.Faster too.
It makes it much easier to answer questions when you can switch tabs at will.Plenty of extensions available too.
I put my I.E. icon in the recycling bin.

I didn't want to download it. Our son said it downloaded itself in an update. You're right, pages are slow to load. My guess is they will fix that in the near future with another "update".

I had a problem with really slow page loading, It was very frustrating.
I played with the settings, I am sure its the Phishing Filter...
Turn it off and now it is trouble free........(touch wood...)
