if you wore red lippy, you could go for some lovely sixties style red accesories, even a red hairband.... could look really cool,
if you wanna be more dressy, i would go for silver.... then just wear maybe a grey eyeshadow and a neutral lip gloss

First of all you want a small white purse, and white shoes not black. You always want to use the color that doesnt show as much in your outfit this way it matches and it compliments the outfit. Second of all the make-up half do eye shadow that goes with your skin tone and the lipstick, do what color looks best on you. The eye liner do a brown not black. Black makes u look tired and kinda scary. Dont add any more balc to your outfir coz it will over due the black.

I can't believe some of the things people will say!!!
If you listen to this advice you would be a fool!!
Black is a nuetral color and goes with almost anything.
However, as a rule of thumb, silver jewelry is the best pick for black.
Now as far as make-up, that is up to you. You need to use colors that go with your skin color.
If you want to look like a street walker, go with bright red lipstick like one of those other idiots said.
Personally, I prefer to show a little class and style by using softer colors that accentuate my features without looking trampy and over done.
It's all about class, sweetie.
Is this a social event or a business related event?
If it's a business related event, then stay with the black and white theme and dress it up with black LOW heels, a black purse, and simple silver jewelry and DO NOT over do it. A simple chain necklace, stud earrings and a thin chain bracelet will show that you have style and class without going overboard. You can wear your hair up in a french twist with some bangs and a few strands hanging down on sides.
If this is a social event, then use some softer color like pink, any shade as long as it's not HOT PINK!! This looks trashy. A deep blue always looks good. You can wear your hair down with some playful curls.
As far as jewelry, use the same as I said before, but jazz it up with A FEW rings on each hand and some dangly earrings. You could go for long pearls and a pearl bracelet to match. You can also wear high heels, three inch heels accentuate the leg and make you feel oh so sexy without looking trampy.
Good Luck and have a GREAT time!!!!

since u are wearing a white and black dress..i would get things that match. like...for your nails..get a french manicure..cause it has white and the bottom! which is sexy..the boys love it. for your makeup..i think the silverish eyeshadow would be a good idea. and don't wear actually lipstick..wear lip gloss..the kind that's sparkly but not a pacific color. and for shoes..wear the black heels..cause black round kind are dorky looking to me..and red doesn't match. earrings..wear black and white..or silver. if you carry a purse..make it a white one.

RED LIPSTICK AND NAIL VARNISH!!!
it would look gorgeous!!! just dont overdo it. and try to make sure the colours are similar.
silver neclace, black accessories, black eyeliner (lots of), its a toss up with the shoes but by the sounds of it, i think you should go for the round toe ones

depends is your black and white dress even in colour or does it have more of one colour. if it has the same amount of colour on the dress then i would go with black shoes and any white accessories.

I suggest a nice black scarf. Maybe a bracelet with big black/black&white beads. If you want to add dark red, maybe dark red nail polish, heels, and earrings or headband.
