Boy.

There are definite references to Piglet being 'he' in the Pooh books.

His shirt used to be green but Disney changed it to pink.

Quote from site:- "Piglet, probably Pooh's best friend, is sometimes a very brave animal for such a very small and timid pink pig. Maybe that is why he is the only animal in the forest who has ever seen a real Heffalump (or was it Pooh he saw?). "

I'm pretty sure most of the characterson Winnie the Pooh are boys (Pooh, Tigger, Piglet, Rabbit, Owl, etc.) except for Roo's mom, Kanga. I think she's the only girl on the show.

Of course Piglet is a boy, and to the person who said that they thought all Pooh's friends were boys, what about Kanga? Kanga is a mother and of course a girl - mother to Roo, a boy!
