First find someone who will illegally change the smog control devices (catalytic converter among others) on a 2006 vehicle. Theres also some sensors involved, don't worry about performance, it'll barely run. Most of the duals you are seeing are in fact exhaust splitters. They merely split the exhaust (behind muffler) into two sections. I guess it looks cool though. Some shops will put on performance aftermarket mufflers for $180-$300 dollars. Another sham. They lower gas exhaust pressure somewhat but also change the shift points of automatic transmissions. You can't win as everything is computer controlled now. If you are into rodding buy an older car with a non computer controlled engine and go from there. I did, it costs less, runs great and STILL passes emissions tests.

I agree with the first answer, your computer will go nutz trying to get the right fuel mix.you have 02 sensors before and after the cat convertor a true dual pipe system would not work well.
