Backed up my Blackberry but...where is the file?

I have a Blackberry 7280. I did the backup on my PC. My Blackberry got stepped on so I need my call list off of it; is the file somewhere on my PC where I can look at it?

You can actually choose the location of the file when you back it up...I believe it defaults to your My Documents. You can search for it on your system by searching for *.ipd. You can also launch the backup & restore icon from your desktop manager, it will then request a location to backup your device to - you'll be able to see your recent backups in that folder as well.
