wat is a really good service to sign up for a phone service?

If you have DSL or Cable Internet then vonage is great phone service. I don't talk a lot at home so I chose basic for 14.99 same charge to call Canada and western Europe, its 500 out going minutes free incoming minutes, if you talk that much then get unlimited minutes for 21.99.
