There are many reasons why people bully. Often because they are very insecure in themselves. Sometimes they are angry or upset or feel that they don't fit in. It may be a way of showing off to peers and looking tough and important and in charge. People who bully others in one setting may be getting bullied themselves in some other setting, such as at home or school. Bullies may be scared of getting picked on so they make sure to do it first. If they don't like themselves they may take it out on someone else. Sometimes they think it will make them more popular. Sometimes they do it to get attention. Others might be jealous of the person they are bullying. They may just want to make others afraid of them. It sometimes makes them feel braver or more important or better about themselves.

kids are able to bully other kids these days because they can When I was a kid, if anyone bullied me I could go home and tell my dad and he would go and get ahold of that kid and turn him up over his knee and give him a larrupping, and when the kid went home crying to HIS daddy, he would get another one Because why?? Because it DOES take a village to raise a child, and when the parents failed on the ,job, the community took over and did what had to be done to make that kid realise that as a member of the human Club, he was going to have to obey the rules, because if you dont there is a price to pay. A short sharp lesson learned early in life, can save a kid from a very long jail sentence on down the road.

Haven't they always been bullied for silly things?

Perhaps, many parents don't allow their kids to be strong individuals. Maybe, parents ought to teach their kids to not take any crap and try not to break rules (i.e. only act in self defense). It seems many parents teach their kids to make nice, and in actually only teach their kids to follow the crowd and be weak.

It's always been silly things. You have the wrong hairstyle, wrong clothes, too smart, too dumb, you like choir, you go to the wrong church, you're fat, you're skinny, you can't kick the ball in gym class.

It doesn't make it any less worse. It's horrible to go through, as I've been through it myself 20+ years ago. It's unfortunately never going to change unless parents quit believing their child is some kind of precious snowflake who can do no wrong.

Because theyre all conformists! Well thats why me and my freinds PROTECT them kids from being bullied. The motherfuckers that do that to others in class are so scared of me and the rest so thats why no one gets hurt in my classes.

Because the bullies might have a bad life back at home, you never know what happens at home, and then if their mad they take it out on sombody at school, or if their sad they think it will make them happier to make somebody else sad or mad.

Because some kids are dealing with so much they take it out on other children. It's not right but those children should be pitied. So much abuse is going on children.

Because parents today are to lazy to raise their kids proper. They let TV do it and that's wrong.
