Soap, gasoline, oil? Anything you can think of that you would use in a pinch, like when you get a flat and have to fix it at a gas station, and cannot find a tire technician because they don't work on the holiday. Thanks.

Soap, gasoline, oil? Anything you can think of that you would use in a pinch, like when you have to change out a tire at a gas station and cannot find a tire technician because they don't work on the holiday.

Also, fix a flat isn't really an option for me. That maybe i could use if I didn't have to change the tire. But I must change out the tire. The flat one is too damaged. Thanks.

get some grease and pack the beads full creating a airtight seal and air up the tire, or you can get some soap and do it also but it has to be thick soap

yeah, use the ratchet strap idea to get the bead to seal as you fill with air. use some wax or crayons on the tire bead to help it seal if you need to. if this really is an "emergency" i have seen that expandable foam stuff on the inside of a tire once. it ruined the tire and was a pain to get off, im not sure how good it worked though.

couple options for getting the rubber to seat on the rim the first is a bit dangerous use starting either in the tire and light it 2
is how i do it i take a heavy ratchet strap around the tire center and crank it down till the beads come on to the rim then hit them with air that almost always works for me and much sfer then either

good luck with that but any way the air pressure seals the tire to the rim, youll need lots of pressure in a big hurry (volume) to create the seal
