I dated a co worker and it turned out awful and i had to see the person every time i was there because we came and left work at the same time. I learned my lesson and will never date anyone at work again.

Mixing these two becomes quite dangerous without a good set of boundries. When your personal life slips through your work boundries it can become very messy and uncomfortable. Keep it simple.
