It is called 'The Living Years' but it isn't Steve Winwood, it's Mike and the Mechanics, Mike being Mike Rutherford of Genesis and it was written after his father died and it reflected the fact that he wished he had had a better relationship with him when he was alive, i.e. in the living years.

Mike and the Mechanics sing the Living Years! No where in that song does it say Sing it Loud Sing it Proud.
