I am married to a soldier and i feel it is outragous, but typical army use you and then spit you out.

Yes. The average disability payment is $300. The new Homeless in the US are returning veterans when they have no place to go. I think it is deplorable how the injured and disabled are treated once they return from Afghanistan and Iraq. We should be doing alot more for our soldiers including psychological counseling. These are young people seeing horrific unimaginable events. They need support and family strength is often not enough.

Apparently they'll rather pay money to big contractors so soldiers can have McDonalds, Pizza Hut, video games and satellite TV in Iraq and not for adequate care and essential supplies. Somebody needs to get their priority straightened out.

I know this will sound harsh, but like donald rumsfeld said, you go to war with the army you have, they are all suposed to be proffesional soldiers, and know what the cosequenses may be

im not surprised at all, they are busy spending it drug users, slap up prison meals, fighting "legal" cases agaisnt wearing veils, and supporting all the illegal immigrants with housing, food,heating, cars, designer clothes etc, there cant possibly enough for our own country men who put their lives at risk!
