Why does it hurt when I have no bra on and just a shirt, it feels like the shirt is tugging at my nipples and then after a while my nipples feel sore??
I dont like wearing bras all the time becayse I heard it incrases risk of breast cancer. So I need help on why my nipples get sore with just my shirt on!!??

I don't hink wearing bra will cuase breast cancer. Deodorant is one of the biggest causes and obviously if it runs in the family genetically you could also be prone.
I found in Marks and Spencers the other day these stick on nipple covers that will just go over your nipples and prevent them from getting rubbed

Most likely you just have really sensitive skin and the fabric of your shirt is irritating you. As the other poster suggested, try nipple covers or wear a soft camisole or undershirt beneath your shirt. Try a cotton sports bra as well.

You can get thin pieces of rubber that stick (not painful to take off) on to your breasts that will cover your nipples. They are meant to avoid having your nipples show through a shirt or dress when you can’t wear a bra but they also work to keep your shirt from rubbing against your nipples to the point of discomfort. I think a brand of these is called Low Beams. (you can google the name and the company's web site will come up)

I have never heard that deoderant or wearing bras cause breast cancer, take a look at this site
if this were true then the incidence of breast cancer would be sky high and women would be walking around with unsupported boods and smelly arm pits
With regards to the nipple problem, have you tried those self addeshive bras.

I could be for lots of reasons. Maybe because you are usally wearing a bra, that you nipples now arnt ajusted. The only way to truly know is to see a doctor!!!!

OUCH...I know what you mean! It's the fabric rubbing on your nips that's making them raw. You're going to have to go with a cami, nylon or cotton, under your shirts or you're going to sore a long time. Godloveya.

Try wearing a snugg fitting shirt.

I dunno...but if it's any consolation I get the same thing every now and then....maybe just sensitive nipples?
