The first place to start, in my opinion at least, would be to think of what message you are going to try to get accross in writing your story. Is it existentialist, political? Once you've determined that, consider what situations - literal or metaphorical - fit into and exemplify your chosen theme. If you're writing short stories, read some of the greats like Franz Kafka to get an idea. Good luck.

Ah this is depressing. Look at all these writers *sobs* so much competition!
Anyway, I don't think you should use others ideas. If your truly going to write, it has to come from your head. Because, oh lets say I tell you, why don't you write about a bulimic girl who is struggling in rehab. So you decide that's a great idea and go for it. Well after writing about it, the idea seems like its been filtered almost, by another mind. Like I've given you the data, but not the passion, not the interest, or the caring for the idea I've generated. And passion is what makes a great book. My best suggestion for you would be to go somewhere that inspires you to think, and keep your eyes open. The world around you, even things that seem boring until you really think about it, can be a great plot provider.

Let's go through this question again.
"Im going to write a story any ideas"
Hmmm, did I detect the word "I'm?" That means you have to write the story yourself, which includes your OWN idea. If you don't WANT to think of one, you obviously don't have the attitude of a successful writer.
Oh, and even if it was acceptable for you to get inspiration this way, "Im a boy." doesn't give too much info, y' know...
