Depends on how long you have been dating. If you have been together for a week...i think it's too early to say I love you. If you feel enough time has passed though, just say it to him, and he will either respond or not. That's how my girlfriend asked me.

You could just write a note to him or you could say it to him.Eventually he will say it back if he really cares about you.(:this helped me:)

you should be able to tell by by the way he acts. if you dont feel like he likes you then he probably dont.
