It depends. You need to de-frost it. Put it in cold water the day before to prevent bacteria. IT is your leg, so it is dark meat. Dark meat has to be cooked for a bit longer. Other than that, it should be safe.

Knock yourself out. I support your decision to eat what you want. I don't recommend it, but if you follow safe cooking procedures, it could be a good meal. Just remember to refrigerate the leftovers and toss them out after a few days if you don't eat them.
