Tom's right up there with O.J., Anna Nicole Smith & the rest of the celebrity morons who can't live for more than a week without some sort of publicity & how many people take the head of the church on their honeymoon. Tom's definitely a wack job but poor Katie's too impressionable. When she realizes Tom's more in love with himself & his religion she'll be gone. You really have to feel for the poor children they're going to involve in Tom's little world of self importance.

My theory is that Katie was brain-washed by Tom because he couldn't go another day being single, so he had two choices Katie Holmes or Scarlett Johanson, naturally he picked the safe one, Katie Holmes.

It might look that way, but no. They are both fully aware of what their doing. Keep in mind that they are both ACTORS. They know how to perform 24-7, whether it's on the big screen, acting like an idiot on a nationwide talk show, or interviewing with the media about their personal lives. Tom has been on the publicity machine for years, and somehow someway that is helping his career. Any actress who wants to join the ride, pretend to have kid with him, (Please. How hard is it for a rich celebrity like him to adopt, and have his wife carry a basketball under her blouse for several months, huh?) and help squelch the rumors of his gay lifestyle is fully accepted by him.
