I've tried everything but the max i can get it to vibrate is 30 seconds. Also, can you get moisture proof covers for a K800i? Disposable would be preferable...

put the alarm on vibrate and set it to go off in time for you to wrap some toilet roll around it then pop it in a durex make a knott and away you go , by the way ime on my girl friends computer and shes upstairs with her phone,

I don't know about getting you phone to VIBRATE for longer. Perhaps you should put the phone nearer to your cl**. That might have the desired effect that you are after
